Here are a few Healthy tips to get you started on your way to a life full of health and longevity.
1. First and foremost, CHANGE your food! Avoid processed foods, preserved foods or color additives & refined sugars & salts.
2. Read ‘Fuel for the Body…the Pate Weigh ‘and follow the protocol.
3. Know the truth about salt. Eat pure salt such as Celtic Sea Salt or Himalayan salt.
Know the truth about sugar and all those fake "sweeteners".
4. Avoid GMO = genetically modified organisms. Avoid MSG = Mono Sodium Glutamate.
5. Buy or grow ONLY all Organic & natural foods.
6. Get rid of microwaves: they kill all living enzymes not to mention the radiation they expell.
7. Get a water filter for drinking and bathing. One that removes ALL fluoride and chlorine.
8. Incorporate raw foods as much as possible.
9. For the meat eaters, look for local farmers whom raise AND harvest animals humanely and are raised on organic farms.

11. Meditate every morning.
