Thank you to all who visit here. My team and I hope you find this healthful information very useful for you and your loved ones. This site has been created to educate the public about organic and sustainable living. Although I am not a doctor, nurse or scientist, I have spent the past 8 years of my life studying and researching natural remedies and foods as well as researching the importance of natural and organic foods. I have completely changed my entire household from chemical infested foods and toiletries to ALL NATURAL & ORGANIC products. However, I have studied and trained under two amazing holistic doctors in central Florida. My college just happens to be in fashion, LOL.

In reality, the "half full" glass is a myth....b/c the liquid content that shows
